1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NAF InfoSolutions LLC ("Fikoraa," "we," "our," or "us"), which owns and operates Fikoraa at fikoraa.com.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using Fikoraa, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Fikoraa.

If you use Fikoraa on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

2. The Service

Fikoraa provides tools to create, personalize, publish, download, and share:

• Wedding websites, with events, guest management, and RSVPs.
• Graduation, birthday and celebration, and business event invitations, including grand openings, restaurant openings, and launches.
• Digital thank-you cards.

Fikoraa also offers a vendor marketplace, a chat assistant, and an optional done-for-you design service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by people you invite to help manage your event.

4. Access Packages

Wedding website access is sold as packages for a fixed period: 30 days, 60 days, 3 months (90 days), 6 months, or 1 year. Prices are shown on our Pricing page before you buy.

• One-time payment. Each package is a single payment. Packages are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
• Your access period. Your package starts on the day of purchase and lasts until its end date. Your website, editing, planning, and RSVP tools remain available until that date.
• Extending. If you buy another package while your access is still active, its days are added to your current end date.
• Reminders. We will remind you before your access ends.
• When access ends. Editing, planning, and RSVP tools stop, and your published website is no longer shown. We keep your information for 12 months after your package ends, as described in our Privacy Policy, so you can return and buy a new package to restore it.
• Features. All packages include the same features and differ only in length, unless the Pricing page says otherwise before you buy.

5. Invitations, Thank-You Cards, and Other Purchases

Prices for invitation designs, thank-you cards, bundles, and other items are shown before you buy. Once your purchase is complete, you can personalize, download, and share your design.

Downloaded files are for your personal or business event. They may not be resold, redistributed as templates, or offered as a design product of your own.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time we may offer promotions, such as discounted combination packages. Each promotion applies only as described in the offer, for the time stated, and cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer says so. We may end or change promotions at any time, but this will not affect purchases already made.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Square (a service of Block, Inc.). All prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to love your Fikoraa purchase. Because our products are digital and can be personalized and used as soon as they are delivered, refunds are available in the situations below.

• Please review before you buy. Every Fikoraa design has a free preview, and its description lists its features and languages. Please preview the design on your phone and computer before purchasing.
• Technical issues or design problems. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your website, invitation, or card from working properly, there is a problem with the design, or the design is materially different from its preview or description (for example, a listed feature or language is missing), contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund. If you prefer, we will fix the problem instead, or give you account credit toward another design.
• Duplicate purchases. If you are charged twice by mistake, or accidentally buy something you already own, contact us and we will refund the duplicate in full.
• How to request a refund. Email fikoraa.invites@gmail.com or call 469-877-7106, with your name, the email address on your account, your order details, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help us resolve it faster.
• Processing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
• Other requests. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable, including when you change your mind after your website, invitation, or card has been published, shared, or downloaded, or after 7 days from purchase, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Done-for-you design. Cancellations and refunds for custom design work are described in Section 9.
• Chargebacks. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may suspend your account while it is reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Done-for-You Design Services

Custom design work begins after you accept a written quote that sets out the scope, number of revisions, turnaround time, exclusions, and fees.

• Before work starts. You can cancel free of charge, with a full refund of anything paid, until our designer begins work on your project. We will tell you when work begins.
• After work starts. Cancellation and refund terms are as stated in your quote, which reflects the work already completed.

You agree to provide the content, photos, and feedback needed in a timely way. Turnaround times depend on receiving them.

10. Your Content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Fikoraa, including text, photos, logos, and guest information ("Your Content").

You give Fikoraa a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, host, process, display, and share Your Content only as needed to provide the service to you, for example to publish your website or deliver your invitations. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups or as required by law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content, including permission from the people shown in your photos and the guests whose contact details you add.

We will not use Your Content to advertise Fikoraa without your permission.

11. Fikoraa's Designs and Content

Fikoraa's designs, templates, artwork, illustrations, software, logo, and website content belong to NAF InfoSolutions LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use our designs to create your own websites, invitations, and cards. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our designs or templates, or use them to build a competing product.

12. Vendor Marketplace

Vendors listed on Fikoraa are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Fikoraa. Any agreement for products or services is between you and the vendor.

Fikoraa does not guarantee any vendor's services, prices, availability, or quality. A "verified" mark means only that Fikoraa checked the specific details shown, not that we endorse the vendor.

Vendors agree to describe their business, services, languages, and experience accurately, to respond honestly to inquiries, and to follow all laws that apply to their business.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fikoraa to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or misleading.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Send spam or unwanted messages, or add people's contact details without permission.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the security or operation of Fikoraa.
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform or its designs.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Fikoraa and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the service, or creates risk for other users or for Fikoraa. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.

15. Availability and Changes to the Service

We work to keep Fikoraa available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, which may briefly affect access.

We may update, improve, or change features from time to time. If a change significantly reduces a feature you have already paid for during your access period, we will tell you in advance.

Price changes apply only to future purchases and never to packages you have already bought.

16. Third-Party Services

Fikoraa works with third-party services, such as payment providers, maps, calendar apps, and messaging apps including WhatsApp and Telegram. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Fikoraa is not responsible for them.

17. Disclaimers

Fikoraa is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for checking the details on your websites and invitations, such as names, dates, times, and addresses, before sharing them.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fikoraa and NAF InfoSolutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or event-related costs, arising from your use of Fikoraa or any vendor's services.

Our total liability for any claim related to Fikoraa is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Fikoraa and NAF InfoSolutions LLC from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your use of Fikoraa in breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most problems can be resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, it will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or with a notice on our website before they take effect. Continuing to use Fikoraa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

22. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote for design services, are the entire agreement between you and Fikoraa about the service.
