1. Introduction
Welcome to Fikoraa. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Fikoraa is a digital invitation and celebration platform that helps individuals, families and businesses create personalized wedding websites and invitations for weddings, graduations, birthdays, grand openings and business events, as well as thank-you cards, with a particular focus on Ethiopian, Eritrean and diaspora celebrations and communities. Fikoraa also offers guest and RSVP tools, a vendor marketplace, a chat assistant and an optional done-for-you design service.
Fikoraa is owned and operated by NAF InfoSolutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a template or service, customize an invitation, list a business as a vendor, contact us, or otherwise use our platform.
By using Fikoraa, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for particular data practices, we will request that consent separately.

5. Invitations, Published Pages, and Guest Privacy
Fikoraa allows users to publish and share websites and invitations through links and other sharing methods, including WhatsApp, Telegram, text message, and email.
A published website or invitation may be accessible to people who receive or obtain its link. It may display names, event dates, venue details, photographs, and other information selected by its creator. Events marked private are hidden from guests who are not invited to them.
Before publishing or sharing, consider whether the information should be visible to everyone who has the link. Avoid publishing sensitive personal information or details that should remain private.
Guests' information. When you add guests, you confirm that you have their permission to share their contact details with us. We use guest information only to deliver that organizer's invitations, updates, reminders, and RSVPs, and to make responses available to the relevant event organizer. Guests may contact us at any time to ask us to stop sending them messages or to remove their information.
RSVPs through messaging apps. Some invitations let guests reply by WhatsApp, text message, or email. Those replies are sent through the guest's own messaging or email app directly to the organizer, and the app provider's own privacy policy applies to them.
Downloaded invitations. Users can download a copy of their invitation and share or host it elsewhere. Once an invitation has been downloaded and shared outside Fikoraa, we no longer control who can see it or how it is used.
Users creating websites and invitations are responsible for choosing appropriate content and sharing settings. Fikoraa will handle personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

In those cases, the parent or guardian provides and controls that information and can ask us to change or delete it at any time.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us so we can review the situation and delete it where appropriate.
12. Marketing Communications
We send service-related communications, including purchase confirmations, account notices, and important updates concerning your websites, invitations, or use of Fikoraa.
Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional communications about new templates, features, offers, or services.
You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send essential service-related communications when necessary.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Fikoraa may link to or work with third-party websites and services, such as payment providers, maps, calendar apps, vendor websites, and messaging apps including WhatsApp and Telegram.
We do not control the privacy practices of third-party websites and services. Their own privacy policies and terms govern their handling of information. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information directly to third parties.
14. International Visitors and Data Transfers
